A few updates for these skills:

-New cooking skill called 'preserve' will increase the months till
decay.
-New arts skill called 'mastermixer' will create two tints instead of
one.

Artifact Upgrades:

-Magic spatula will double the strength of the 'preserve' skill.
-The price of a magic spatula has been reduced.
-Magic painbrush will double the number of tints mixed if wielded.
