o GRID CHANNEL TALK will no longer be forced to lowercase.

o GUILD PRIVS now includes mention of GUILD SKILLS and commands for
editing GHELP and CGHELP files.

o Kata Grappling will no longer prevent Music Majorthird and other
skills used on yourself.

o Tracking Conceal cannot be used on someone else's traps while under
grace or otherwise unable to make aggressive actions. You can still
conceal your own traps while protected by grace.

o Various psionics ranged attacks were miscalculating range under some
circumstances; range should now be consistent, and depends on skill in
Psionics and its specialization.
