Two minor changes:
+ Fixed a bug where two ships / manses could have the same title.
+ When a ship targets another, the target will detect this and inform
the crew. It will also tell the crew both the ship's title and also its
short name used for targeting.

This will alleviate the problem "false flag" attacks and the problem of
not knowing how to target someone else who is attacking from afar.
