and ORDER PRIVS, and will now be available to anyone who can
unenemy.

o Bookbinders and Artisans who are trademasters of public cartels when
they forget the skill will lose the trademaster position, as happens
in the other trades.

o Fixed a problem with StolenThoughts not always working.

o Perfect Fifth will stop various planar teleport devices that were
able to bypass it before.

o Unconscious people can use the BUG, ISSUE, QUIT, and HELP commands.

o You can no longer use a turret to attempt to target aethercreatures
while the turret is off balance, to determine if they're in range;
but targetting something that's not there won't consume balance.
