Misc. Changes

High Magic: The greater pentagram now blocks much more movement. It
should be much more impervious, especially when combined iwth a monolity
sigil. Though it will wear off after a while because it'd be too
powerful if you could block off an entire room so well, such as a nexus
room or important quest room.

Low Magic: The serpent aura will not go away when you execute commands
as it did before, but it will not last forever. It also will wear off
over time. But this should give you the ability to heal with during the
time that it protects you, unlike before.

Geomancy and Aquamancy: The summon and travel spells will not be blocked
by shield. The AB files were fixed to include mention of the power costs
for these two spells; those undocumented costs were indeed intentional.

Geomancy: Duststorm will occassionally give blindness. I also fixed the
OBSERVE loophole bug where you could gleen exits using the OBSERVE skill
in Environment. Also, rockslide will do more damage to people who are
prone.
