A few changes to outguilding have been implemented:

-At Guild Rank 10, only an elected guild leader can outguild you.
-At Guild Rank 15, it takes two guild leaders to outguild you.
-At Guild Rank 19, it takes three elected guild leaders to outguild.
-To uncitizen or ostracize ANY Guild leaders (GM, Admin, Champ) requires
three of the ruling council. (This will also remove them from their
respective guild offices.)

At guild rank 10, you are considered a Senior guildmember. At guildrank
15, you are considered an Elder guildmember. At guildrank 19, you are
considered a High Elder guildmember. (These can be seen on GUILD PRIVS.)
