Perhaps the #1 complaint on the avenger is that it does not allow
vengeance against a team, which opens an abusive hole in the system for
exploitation. Verily, behold! Avechna will now keep an eye out for
teaming and treat all conspirators equally with the attacker when
someone is slain. For this specific thing, please message me directly if
you see any problems rather than filing a bug.
