Druidry Changes

There have been some changes to druidry demesne effects with the intent
of making druids on better footing, so to speak, in the trees than on
the ground. This was actually the original intention so this shouldn't
be viewed as an upgrade or a downgrade, just a shifting to how it was
meant to be.
These changes purely affect what elevations the demesne effects hit, not
what the effects do. It also means the demesne effects no longer hit
those underground (those problems have been fixed for Geomancy and
Aquamancy too).
Also, there has in the past been some confusion about how many hours you
actually need to contest for things, this should be clarified in
everything now. (It's 150 hours.)
The order power patron has also been fixed, it will now work for mortal
members of the Order who have been assigned the power. The messages and
log entries for entering and quitting orders have also been made
slightly less clinical.
Finally, a small change was made to the help files for communes. Try and
spot it!
