Pits, Traps, and Skunks

Some changes to note related to the items in the title...
+ Traps will fire when you leave a room a trap is laid in, as opposed to
only firing when entering the room it is laid in.
+ Dismantling a trap may cause it to explode in your face, depending on
your skill rank and the trap creator's skill in Tracking.
+ Forced motion of people in pits shouldn't work any more. Some forced
motion attacks, like tackle, will even cause the attacker to fall into
the pit!
+ NPCs will not wander about if they are in a pit.
+ Fixed a bug with snake pit where it sometimes didn't take all of your
snakes.
+ Skunk spirit spraying of the ground should be fixed.
