Artisans may now construct bookshelves, which immediately become private
libraries. These can ONLY be constructed in guildhalls, official order
temples, and private aethermanses. Bookshelves that become private
libraries do not decay, though they are very expensive. They can hold up
to 50 books and use the BOOKSHELF verb for most of the commands. Please
