Two small changes:

o Being in a library will show what command you need to use (i.e.,
LIBRARY or BOOKSHELF).

o Private manse libraries will always allow public access for anyone and
not need library cards to access them. Thus, manse owners with private
libraries will need to remember to designate books RESTRICTED or SECRET
if they don't want the general public to have access to them.
