Your manses should be reconnected to your cities and communes now,
please message me directly if you notice any that are missing. As I used
the lists I obtained a couple of days ago, if there is not record of
connection on the recent powerlogs and you try to get me to connect a
manse anyway, I will harm you greatly.

Theoretically this should fix all the problems with manses randomly
disappearing or not being accessible, and SHOULD fix everything to do
with permissions on manses, but if there are any lingering problems,
please bug them with all the information you can give.
