Just a reminder to cartels, you must submit your cartel design before
the end of the game year. If you snooze, you lose.

Also, if you make an item that you want to be a different type, you can
include a comment in the commodities/ingredients category to tell us you
want it upgraded to a different category (for instance, you use a mace
bludgeoning type to create a fancy mace, insert 'masterweapon' in
commodities to let us know you think it should be a masterweapon type;
same for cooking, tailoring, etc.). Note that this is a guideline and we
will probably move the type if we feel it most appropriate no matter
what you put down but its good to give us an idea.
