I increased the difference in quality between master weapons and normal
weapons. I also decreased the standard deviation for the randomness
factor in forging. What this means is you will see less super good
weapons, but also less worthless garbage come out of the forge; they
should be more consistantly around the average. I suspect our deviation
was higher than the other games, causing some players to see lots of
garbage coming out of the forge.
Combat was changed. It will increase your ability to dodge, partially
dodge, parry, and partially parry blows from knights, which it always
has done. It will not provide a global decrease in damage from knight
attacks (other than the standard partial dodges and so forth), which it
used to do. Resilience alone is meant for a global decrease in physical
damage, which incidentally also includes things like boulders or hail
stones.
