There is a new skill in jewelry called mastercut which is gained after
Virtuoso. Those jewelers with this skill have a 50% chance of cutting
more than one gem (though extremely unlikely, there is a small chance
that one gem cluster could yield 10 gems). If you happen to get a 'dud'
that contains sulfur or salt, you will produce more of those commodities
also. However, a single gem cluster commodity will never yield more than
one powerstone or fascination gem.

Also, there is a new artifact for sale: a silver jeweler's hammer.
Wielding this hammer while cutting will always yield at least 3 gems
(unless it's a powerstone). This artifact will also increase the power
of the mastercut ability if the jeweler has it (with the very small
possibility of cutting 21 gems from a single commodity).

In an effort to organize artifacts, this artifact and all artifacts
affecting trade skills have their own artifact room.
