Skill Adjustment: When a person forms into a lich, he or she will be at
0 power and suffer an equilibrium loss. It was a bit unfair that
necromancers could escape so easily after becoming a lich, so now they
won't have the power to immediately ghost or put the lichdom defense
back up, etc.
