A new historical volume has been added to the World Library, entitled,
"The Paladins Of The Holy Celestine Empire". This is presented by the
Lusternian Historical Society (LHS) and has been researched and compiled
by Catarin of New Celest. Thanks, Catarin!

It should be noted that if players research an important history for the
World Library, you must first be willing to accept that your research
may end up running into several dead-ends and be prepared to accept a
lot of rewriting (i.e., the initial ideas in your first draft may be
found to be false, either in whole or in part, and you will be asked to
redraft). Eventually, if your history looks promising, this may lead to
a one-on-one meeting with me to discuss the proposed history. This is a
lot of work! (Just ask Catarin.)

You should always begin a project of such magnitude by approaching your
guild or city/commune patron for further guidelines.
