Both clans and now manses can be deeded. As posted in the past, you can
deed a clan by going to the Hall of Clans and Cartels and CLAN DEED TO
<org>. For a manse, now you can stand in it and MANSE DEED TO <org>. Use
NONE for the org to undeed. Note: not all orgs are ready to admin their
deeds. An org's representatives can review and use the deeds using
ledger artifacts in the case of guilds (Guild Administrators will get
them with their collegiums), city artifacts in the case of cities
(Stewards will be getting them in the future), and in a divine order by
anyone with the Represent order power granted by the order's patron
deity.
