Today we celebrated Lusternia's third anniversary, and we're growing and
expanding every day! Thank you to each of you, the players, who have
made Lusternia the fantastic game it is today, and certainly in my
opinion the pre-eminent MUD on the net. It's been amazing to watch the
world grow and evolve these past three years, with the release of dozens
of new areas and a new continent, aetherspace and aetherships, 32 new
skillsets, two new archetypes, countless new features, and even more
looming on the horizon! It really is an exciting time for me to be part
of this great community and game.

In celebrating the anniversary, a number of games were held across the
lands, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners taking away substantial
credit prizes in each category. Here are our winners:

In finishing the Scavenger Hunt, our adventurers discovered the strange
porcupine furrikin Quillian Jones in an unknown cave near the Path of
Nature on Avechna's Peak! This strange furrikin attempted to persuade
the adventurers to leave for many days, before leaping behind a
suspicious boulder and vanishing entirely, though hushed voices were
heard whispering. It remains yet to be seen what may lay behind this
unusual cave...

Penned by My hand on the 1st of Urlachmar, in the year 188 CE.
