Guild Privs have been adjusted thusly:

+ The Guild Administrator can be appointed to Protector and Security
+ The Guild Champion can be appointed to Undersecretary and Secretary
+ Neither GA or GC has any privs of the positions to which they can be
appointed.

+ Guild Protectors can now operate constructs.

Queues were briefly not working today, as some code had inadvertently
been overwritten, but they are working again now. Note as well that you
can join as many queues as you wish to (you aren't limited to a single
queue).
