Today, Avechna's Peak was the center of a series of mysterious phenomena
of lights and tremors. Estarra, the Eternal, appeared immediately and
was seemingly pleased, saying enigmatically that the "Beacon" had found
another. As she appeared upon the summit of Avechna's Peak, many mortals
in the realm made the arduous journey up to bear witness. There, they
found Estarra anxiously pressing her palms upon the ground, wondering
what the Beacon had called. As the mortals did not understand to what
she was referring, she told the story about how she and the Elder Gods
first came to Lusternia.

The Transcendental Beacon was made by Estarra and the Elder Gods before
they came to Lusternia. The Great Soulless God, Almighty Kethuru, was
trapped in the higher vibrations surrounding Lusternia, in the Astral
Plane. Beyond the Astral Plane is the empty cosmos, a vast void where
lie only pockets of other spaces, realms of loneliness beyond imagining,
or so Estarra described it. Many Elder Gods fled there in exile and it
was there where Roark Libertas freed Estarra one hundred years ago. But
just as the Astral Plane trapped Kethuru, so too did it create a barrier
around Lusternia that the Elder Gods and Estarra could not pass.

Estarra then said that Avechna's Peak, where the Final Nine Vernal Gods
sacrificed themselves to trap Kethuru, is more than just a mountain
peak, it is also the spirit of Lusternia itself. Deep within its rocky
heart is a fulcrux of cosmic threads that transcend through the
dimensions of time and space. It was through this that she and the Elder
Gods were able to enter Lusternia. But before they made that journey,
they created the Transcendental Beacon, which would guide others to
Lusternia, past the barrier that is Kethuru, to enter the First World.

At the culmination of Estarra's story, roiling silver clouds appeared
over Avechna's Peak, unleashing a torrent of thunder and lightning.
Focusing on these primal energies, Estarra opened up the center of
Avechna's Peak, revealing the Transcendental Fulcrux, where the Elder
Gods first appeared on their return to Lusternia, and where their
centers of power remain today.

And there was an Elder Goddess newly come Lusternia. Her name is
Lisaera, freshly returned from exile, kin to Auseklis and Elfenehoala,
confused and bewildered at the events which have passed her by.

And so begins her story . . .
