Due to concerns brought up on the forums after the last announcement,
we've modified our plan slightly for the Overhaul affliction rollout.
Specifically, we will no longer be converting anorexia in the near
future; it, along with the other locking afflictions (e.g. slickness)
will be converted as a group further down the line.
