true desire to rid the Basin of the Taint;

Whereas the Commune of Glomdoring continues to show its true colors
though direct support of the Taint;

Whereas the Commune of Glomdoring habitually attacks Celestia;

Whereas the Commune of Glomdoring continues to recklessly court trouble;

We resolve that the state of war between New Celest and Glomdoring which
has been thrust upon New Celest is hereby formally accepted. Our entire
nation with one Will shall mobilize our full might to the single-minded
goal of eradicating the taint and all who support it from the Basin.
