In Conclusion

Regarding Isuka's comments on my former opinions:

A scholar who does not contemplate the possibility of being in error is
a poor scholar indeed.

Regarding Iytha's comments on ascension:

The Immanidivinus is sealed by the act of Ayridion, known as White
Flame, now known as Soll Peulus. Ascension is, unfortunately, sealed,
unless a divine force seeks to undo what has been done. As the literal
unmaking of a God was required to create the Threshold Abyss, power on
at least a par, if not more, will be required to unseal it.

As for the half-formed, Supernals and Demon Lords both, speak to your
Lord, Kalas Iytha. The entities which reside upon the cosmic planes are
not advanced beings; they are failed gods, having grown beyond the
potential of becoming Divine into their former states. While powerful,
these entities are no more divine than Vernal or True Ascendants;
perhaps less so, for Ascendants bear the spark of a Nexus or the Staff.
The potential for the half-formed to reach true divinity is slim to
non-existent.

I think, perhaps, this will make an excellent essay; at the least, it
makes for a fascinating debate. If not for here, perhaps within the
Cathedral? Do contact me privately, I am most interested in this
subject.

Regarding Narsrim:

While your point is somewhat incoherent, you are quite right on one
mark: my original article was intended to stir discussion, debate, and
thought within the Engine and the Basin itself.

Having achieving the intended purpose, I find myself growing disinclined
to reply to personal attacks and regurgitated philosophy, as opposed to
concrete points of discussion. Those of Magnagora: find something
impressive to boast of aside from abstract principles. Your attempts,
tainted as they are with personal slurs and philosophy (a large part of
which I wrote or originated), have justified my post.

Those of the Basin: consider the points raised. Whether or not you agree
with either side, do yourselves the favour of pausing to contemplate and
think upon the matter. Blind reaction and instinctive response are the
domain of beasts, not sentients.

With that, I bring this debate to a close for the time being.

For the Transformation, I remain,
