I'd like to make sure people understood my last post. I've had a few
confused messages regarding citizening people wishing to join us. There
is no reason why you shouldn't citizen someone, so long as you follow
city protocol in doing so. It is the unenemying of a person, primarily
(though not specifically) so that they may join the city that I have had
a problem with.

In other words, if a nonenemy wishes to join us and there aren't any
problems, so be it. If a current city enemy wishes to become unenemied
and perhaps join us, that needs to come through myself or Warlady
Nariah.
