Through the perseverance of many altruistic people, the Matrix has
realigned itself with the cosmic and elemental planes, and thus Hallifax
is become fully healed. However much I thank the trill and lucidian who
have arrived to populate Hallifax, it is my conclusion that the
population is still not large enough to fully reach its full potential.

Therefore, I am opening the city up to a select few who are willing to
be part of the collective that is Hallifax. There, you will be part of
the greater whole, and you your place in society will be made manifest.
Also, I fear the Centre for Aeromantic Studies is woefully understaffed,
and I will be willing to consider applicants to this great institution.
