Relax yourself, my dear Duke,

This is not a declaration of war, or a crying out for justice. This is
not some scheme to garner sympathy from a Basin so caught up in its
warmongering that it cannot lace its own boots. This is a courtesy to
the innocent bystanders in your city who may not understand why, all of
a sudden, they are being asked to leave territory formerly open to them.

It changes nothing of our actions, and I certainly do not expect it
change yours. It is what it is. You should not be surprised that, given
the escalating tensions, the Seren would take this course of action. I
fully expect that very soon notice shall come that Seren are no longer
allowed in Seafolk territory, and I would not be shocked or offended.
That is politics.
