Has Serenwilde organised large, clearly planned raids on Seafolk
territory? No. A few years ago there was one incident where Sadie and
one other participated in a raid upon Celestia. That can hardly qualify
as "small groups" of Serenwilde.

Have you, since the incidents leading up to, through, or after our last
negotiations, ever threatened to declare war on the commune Serenwilde
because of the actions of a few individuals? The answer is a very loud
and audible "Yes".

Has Celest organised large, clearly planned raids on Serenwilde
territory? If Celest's Vernal Ascendants, council members, and other
combatants raid our territory together, that's a pretty good
qualification there.

You can't have it both ways, Celest. If your members are going to raid
Ethereal Serenwilde, and assist the tainted gloomies in Glomdoring in
slaying our commune members, don't expect Serenwilde to play friendly
either.
