This shop comes with an already well established customer base. My shop
always has people coming and going.
Only those who are not enemied to Hallifax or currently at war with
Hallifax may bid. The shop will be sold to the highest bidder pending
approval (basically just checking to make sure you meet the criteria) of
Hallifax's Chancellor. The shop's opening bid is 200k with increments of
