Mobiles/NPCs/denizens in Lusternia may be loyal to players, other mobiles, or organisations like guilds and cities. You may find out who a mobile is loyal to by probing it. There are various abilities that will gain you loyalty of a mobile, but not all classes have access to these abilities.
