In the final round of our planned changes for DMP, your stats will now
have a somewhat greater impact when affecting damage. It is less than it
once was, but more than it was under our first DMP revision.

The effect will be most prominent among players with very low stats, as
those racial stats are intended to be a drawback to the advantages of
the races (something that wasn't working out well enough under our first
revision).
