+ Fixed a bug where ninshi could not be dodged or parried under any
circumstance.

+ Changed hefty axe to trigger against shields in addition to weapons.
Has the same effect for shields as weapons (lowered stats). Also added
an effect where the impacted shield or weapon doesn't parry as well
while its stats are lowered.
