Effective immediately no member of the Commune of Glomdoring will be
permitted to enter the City of Celest, the Cosmic Plane of Celstia, the
elemental plane of Water, or any village under the influence of the City
of Celest (currently Stewartsville and Acknor) and any of its
territories (inner sea, Island of Light, the Manifestation of the Pool
of Stars, etc.)


This is a necessary step as though We have been assured time and time
again that only a very few move against the interests of Celest, it has
been made clear this is not the case. With great frequency members of
the Commune of Glomdoring conspire with those of the Taint to attack, to
infiltrate and to work against the interests of Celest.

An exception to the above can be made in the case of assisting the very
inexperienced. In which case they can under the supervision of a
Celestian escort enter the territories under certain situations. An
example of such would be to complete the Shadowmase planar quest.
