will it accept your offer of amnesty- one presented under a guise of
compassion. You may know of compassion, having felt the warmth of its
embrace when I ordered the cease-fire that allowed Magnagora the time
required to regenerate. Much is lost in war and one should not enter it
foolishly and unaware. New Celest has felt both the exhilaration born of
